Employees are fighting discrimination

2008 was a record year for discrimination claims, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  The Atlanta Journal-Constitution mentions that employees collected over $18 billion in 10 class-action settlements last year.  See the informative story here.
